Brian has years of teaching experience from private (one-on-one) lessons to working for music schools (Cincinnati Music Academy) and college-level instruction (Xavier University). He works closely with every student to match his lesson plan to the student’s specific skill levels, needs, and interests. Lessons are available in half-hour, 45-minute, and hour-long blocks.

Brian teaches piano and keyboard lessons for students of all ages and abilities, from beginner to advanced and beyond. Learning music is a lifelong and rewarding pursuit anyone can accomplish with regular study and practice to improve their skills. We cover fundamental concepts, techniques & music theory, and there are performance opportunities. The piano is a great instrument for beginning or enhancing your musical development because of the structured nature of learning that emphasizes beat, rhythm, scales, chords, and improvisation, which can lead to the mastery of other instruments.
